Return Policy

Returns for sizing and simple preference issues are not accepted as all items are listed with measurements. Returns are accepted only for items that are received with a flaw that was not listed on the website. Invoices can be sent via DM on our Instagram @smileysvintagesupply and must be sent within 7 days of receiving the package.

Items placed for pickup wrongfully can be changed to a shipping option via Instagram DM. We cannot refund purchase for simple shipping entry error.

When will I receive my item?

All items are shipped within two days, and are typically delivered in 3-5 days.

How do I get a stain out of my piece?

All items are washed before being sold, but some pieces may have some spots. A tip to get rid of or lighten stains is to soak the piece in Oxyclean for 24 hours and wash. If you live in a sunny, and warm climate, before washing, let the piece sit in the sun for an hour and then wash.
